Anemia is an illness that easily manifests itself in anemia. Anemia is caused by the disruption of the proportions of the chemical components in the body. To understand this condition, which is defined as anemia, it is first necessary to examine the structure of the blood.

There are four main elements in the human body: red blood cells (red blood cells), white blood cells (white blood cells), proteins and also platelets (clotting cells). Red blood cells are produced by the marrow in the bones. The main ingredients of the blood are produced here and after traveling around the veins, they come again to this region, they are replaced with new blood cells and they go back to body circulation.

If the structure of the red blood cells is elaborated, there is hemoglobin which is very important in the blood cells. The respiratory organ carries oxygen to the tissues, while the protein from the tissues carries carbon dioxide and proton to the respiratory organ. Hemoglobin is an oligomethalopterin. There are 4 iron atoms in the structure. The amount of iron you have made corresponds to 0.33% of the total. Basic amino acids – mainly histidine – are found in the structure. Hemoglobin; alpha polypeptide, alpha, beta, gamma and delta, together with non-covalent bonds.

The main task of hemoglobin is to transport oxygen and carbon dioxide in the tissues and lungs. When we breathe, the air entering the lungs is processed and connected to the hemoglobin present in the lung. This binding is called oxyhemoglobin. In the case of approaching the cells, the oxygen that the cells process returns as carbon dioxide.

However, if there is an anemia due to lack of iron and if it is advanced, excessive fatigue, fatigue, lack of appetite, intermittent constipation, constant constipation can be observed in similar fashion. Physiologically made sports and moving work can also cause signs of difficulty breathing and quick fatigue.

Anemia Symptoms

  • Excessive dizziness
  • Tinnitus in the ears
  • Creation of cracks at the mouth edges
  • Biologically changing shapes of nails
  • Strain during swallowing

Smaller individuals with iron deficiencies are weaker and weaker than their peers. They get tired quickly, do not want to run, behavior disorders start.
