Hi guys. I’m here to talk to you about bloating. So if you have like an event or a photo shoot or competition anything that you’re getting ready for where you feel like you are really bloated and you want to lose that.
I’m here to talk to you about my tips on how to get rid of that so as you can see in the mixer. I had gotten so inceadibly bloated. I honestly didn’t even weigh myself because I was terrified too and I knew it would mess with me but I mean I had probably gained at least 5 pounds of just water and I had a photo shoot next week and I was freaking out I didn’t know what to do.
I was like I thought I was going to be comletely bloated and puffy and everything for the shoot. So I did a few things and these are my tips that literally comletely got rid of it, may or may not work for you.
I like using all natural tips I don’t like using a lot of like crazy diuretics and pills and weird shit. So this is what I did to help get rid of that blow. Now let’s talk about what is bloating basically is you’re either contipated there’s inflammation in the body.
